1. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel square tube, and 304 stainless steel material is used in food contact part.
2. Equipped with automatic cup feeding device, the accuracy of drop cup is 98%.

3. Configure the Dust suction device,The blower blows out the dust.

4. Configure two sets of pulp-adding devices.Quantitative addition was used.And equipped with transfer drainage device, can effectively reduce the moisture content of pulp.
5. The barrel part is made of 304_stainless steel with open structure, easy cleaning, strong rigidity and liquid level control system.
6. The filling part adopts the independent filling form of quantitative pump, and the filling quantity can be adjusted.
7. Friction disc is used in the receiving and releasing parts, and the tension force of releasing film is realized by adjusting the pressure control of friction disc.

11. Adopt high-torque step-by-step transmission mechanism with overload protection device.
12. Workflow: automatic cup feeding→vacuuming→adding pulp I→adding pulp IIquantitative filling→film releasing→color mark position detection→sealing I→color mark correction→sealing II→cutting→collecting waste film→quit the cup→template cleaning, the whole process is fully automatic control;
13. The machine is controlled by PLC and operated by man-machine interface.
