1. Application: This machine is suitable for filling and capping various soft packing bags with suction nozzles, such as milk, soy milk, yogurt, etc.
2. Main materials: The frame is made of SUS304# stainless steel square tube, the door frame is made of SUS304# stainless steel and plexiglass, and the table top of the frame is of open structure. SUS304# stainless steel material is used for the rotary cover plate and the hanging plate.
3. Work flow: automatic bag feeding→automatic bag measuring→automatic vacuum filling of nitrogen→automatic quantitative filling→automatic cleaning of suction nozzle→automatic lifting of the cover feeding→automatic cover arranging→automatic cover covering→cover covering detection→automatic cover screwing→automatic bag withdrawal, and the whole flow is fully automatic controlled.
